The New 2016 Ferrari 488 GTB

As always Ferarri continues to bring it with every new super car and the 2016 488 GTB is no exception.   Under the hood you'll find a V8 with 660 hp at 8,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 560 lb-ft at 3,000 rpm.   Her top speed is 205 mph and she'll get you from 0 to 62 mph in three seconds, and from 0 to 124 mph in 8.3 seconds.

The transmission is a seven-speed, dual-clutch gearbox, the same clutch that was in the 458.  The rear differntial is Ferrari's electronically controlled limited-slip unit, which varies the amount of torque supplied to each wheel according to steering and slip angles.

The bucket racing seats are rumored not to be the most comfortable, but we'll let you know for sure when we get a chance to drive it!  Another bonus is that she actually has a reasonable amount of trunk space, for a high powered super car, that is - 8 cubic feet in the forward trunk.
