Not just a mid-life crisis car anyone, the Corvette has really been gaining much appreciation and popularity with a younger crowd.  (A younger crowd that can afford it's nifty rumored price tag of +$76,000!)   Loaded with the latest and greatest in not only performance and aerodynamics, it also has a some peeping tom technology that may encourage drivers to be more aggressive than ever, while having the ability to relive their best experiences while touring their Corvette on the track and countryside.

Unveiled at the North American International Auto Show, the all new 2015 Corvette Z06 Stingray comes complete with every thing you'd ever want in an All-American super car with a supercharged 6.2L V8, 625hp and 635 lbs/ft of torque.

If you've got a need for speed but can't drive stick, don't worry - the new Corvette comes with a choice of 7 speed manual and 8-speed automatic transmissions.

Unlike other American vehicle body upgrades, everything on the Z06 was added or modified for performance.    Wider fenders to accommodate larger tires to give you more grip..  Larger vents to provide more cooling air to the engine, brakes, and transmission… And a more aggressive body style that helps you keep the beast pinned to the ground.  Other classic upgrades such as an improved suspension, high-performance braking system, and an unmatched design to improve aerodynamic downforce.  This is also the first model fitted with removable fiberglass panels allowing Corvette owners to go, well, topless!  

Also fully loaded with the latest technology, your driving experience is fine tuned with the turn of a dial, literally.  Drivers can choose their desired "driver mode" to Weather, Eco, Tour, Sport and Track, allowing them to customize driving options even further within each selection.  

No Go-Pro needed.  The Corvette also comes with a Performance Data Recorder.  This HD video camera allows you to log in video of your drives, with real time performance data, mounted right on your windshield.  Collecting performance data for speed, RPM, G-Force, track maps, lap times, and start and finish lines you'll get to relive all of your epic, off road track races.  In the Touring Mode, you'll get audio and video footage of scenic drives, temperature, elevation and hairpin turns.  There's even a performance mode that tracks your acceleration from 0-60.   Are you a Corvette fan?  Let us know what you think about the new Z06 in the comments below!
